Founder of T1 Capital, Xavier Frucot is a qualified lawyer at the Paris Bar. He focuses on corporate, M&A and private equity, and assists his clients in negotiating and structuring high-profile transactions.

Trained in Paris and Luxembourg in leading major US and UK law firms, he has acquired a strategic approach and a taste for complex transactions.
His profile as both an investor and a lawyer allows him to deliver a practical vision, as well as financial and legal structuring.

Yoann THIBAULT
Manager at T1 Capital Group,
Yoann Thibault is also the founder of Proprium.
He is the operator and manager of part of the Group's real estate assets.
Management career
After a decade working for a major French group, Yoann Thibault ventured into real estate and technology entrepreneurship. Since its creation, his hospitality management structure has signed almost a dozen asset light deals.
A front line player, he oversees T1 Capital real estate portfolio and is in charge of new developments in the hospitality business.
